All of our team members have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 novel coronavirus
- Staff are encouraged to wear face masks if they suspect they have a respiratory illness or if they are concerned about seasonal exposure. With respect, we request that our clients offer the same courtesy to us.
- We continue to limit the number of people inside the clinic at one time, but for a different reason — to reduce your animal’s anxiety (why did we ever have several dogs in the waiting room all barking at each other?) . After checking in at the front desk, clients are given a remote pager and asked to wait in their vehicles until it is their turn, at which time the pager will activate.
- If you are ill, or if you know you have been in recent contact with someone who is positive for Covid-19, please do not come to the clinic. If your animal requires medical attention, we can make arrangements for you
These protocols will continue to be subject to change in the future as the status of Covid-19 in N.B. evolves.
